WALT retell a Maori Legend
THE GIANT LAKE
One day Maia and Ari were walking pass a big lake. When they were walking pass they were surprised because it was in a shape like a animal.
Then they went home after and searched for the lake and to see what it was called the big lake. So everyday they walked pass it.
Then they found there was a waterfall there too. Then one Monday when they were walking pass and they found a greenstone. They were surprised to find a greenstone in the water.
So Maia and Ari looked all around town to see who's the greenstone was they went to every single house but they couldn't find who's it was so they keeped it.
